Job Description:
A Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations at the project site, ensuring work
is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The role involves supervising
subcontractors, and labors, managing resources, and co-ordination between site staff and clients.
Key Roles
On-site Supervision
Monitor and manage daily site activities.
Ensure workforce follows project schedules and construction methodologies.
Coordination:
Liaise between project manager, client engineers and vendors.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the project team.
Quality Control & Safety:
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve on-site issues.
Progress Tracking:
Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, and attendance sheets.
Assist in preparing site documentation and status updates.

Maintain records of site activities, delays, weather conditions, and inspections.

Ensure tools, equipment, and machinery are properly maintained and used.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Min. 5 years of experience in site supervision.
Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and quality standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
